SHIPPING
Our goal is to make sure you receive your online order as quickly as possible. All orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement.
We ship via Fedex and USPS and we offer the following shipping options:
- Ground (generally 3-5 business days)
- Second-day Air®
- Super Saver packaging
The arrival time of your order will be the fulfillment time (1-2 business days) PLUS the shipping time of the method you selected.
We calculate your shipping rates based on the cost to ship each item by weight and size to your shipping address using the shipping method you select.
In order to offer shipping solutions that allow for price comparison, we have included the USPS Flat Rate as an option. This will allow you to calculate what the lowest cost is for receiving your product. However, with the the USPS Flat Rate, the peat will arrive in a USPS Priority box and not a Killofin Home branded box. Thank you for your understanding.
How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods including Ground and 2nd Day are calculated based on weight and destination. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout. To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
What kind of payment do you accept?
KillofinHome.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please refer to our Secure Ordering Policy for information on secure credit card transactions.
What if I’m having problems placing an online order?
We apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing while ordering. To help resolve the issue, please contact us. Please be sure to include the steps taken just prior to the issue appearing and any messages our cart may be providing you.
RETURNS
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from KillofinHome.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on any future KillofinHome.com order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us via email or call us toll free at 1-323-908-7654. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT, and Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PT.
To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, printed materials and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Wearable items must be unworn. We recommend you return items via FEDEX ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
No COD's will be accepted.
Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks, but may be a bit longer during high volume periods. We look forward to providing 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Our products are fully guaranteed against any defects, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. We even stand behind our delivery.
